Idt (Nik Rizaf), a very good friend of mine, whilst studying at a boarding school in Beseri, Perlis is driving a BMW, a beautiful one at that. So I made to shoot his bimmer with some other friends – Yusdi, Akong, Ahmed, Shahir and quite a number more (sorry I can’t really recall). I did the setting up and others were eager to release the shutter open.

Idt's Bimmer

The setup was pretty easy. I attached 3 speedlights to a tripod. Then everyone get ready to release their shutter open. After that I started to go around the bimmer, strobing all 3 speedlights, one footstep at a time. Until I finish that process around the car, only the shutter will be closed. You would expect everyone using the bulb mode. So, if you were to be browsing the given links, you’d be practically see the same bimmer, with the same strobing mechanism, very much.

KFA needed new photographs for their players for the season of 2009. Not only that, the photographs will be used for the many official events involving any of the players. Since they’ll be processed mostly in passport size mediums, I made the decision not to include any background whilst photographing the players. So instead, I made the background in total white.

Mohd Azrul Ahmad

Some will note that quite a number of these players are sweating; hence I had the session paralleled with their training. I know I’m gonna make some of my female audience happy posting these photos up, but please, no naughty thoughts yaa :-)

For the record, Mohd Helmi Eliza and Khyril Muhymeen were on their leaves (just arrived from KL). Do leave some comments if you appreciate my entry. As a note, at the time of scribing this, I’m in KL and yet to know when exactly I’m returning back to Alor Star. Thanx! :-)

It was the first meet for season 2009. The training kicked off with a briefing by the coaches in media room at Stadium Darulaman, timely waiting for the hard drizzle to cool down a bit. The briefing saw 5 new faces for the team. Quite a challenging scenario where everyone needs to contest for their respective positions.

Briefing Session

Soon after the briefing, the team progressed to the stadium’s field for their training opening, a light one at that. Many of the local football fans turned up to witness their favorite team in action whilst some wanted to take a peek at the new players.

Everyone seems to be enthusiastic looking forward for the new season or so it seems. Enjoy the photos

Syed Ezwar has been a very good friend of mine. He’s currently serving PKNK with the department that helps ‘usahawan’, particularly Bumiputera. At the same time, he’s very active with sports activities raised by the organization, hence I decided to pay him a visit at a friendly futsal match at Sultan Abdul Halim Indoor Stadium.
